Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel completely comfortable in your Thigh Society essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items that have been tried on or removed from their protective sleeves are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective sleeves are intact to qualify for a refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a confirmation email once your return is processed and your refund or exchange is issued.
